CSI v4.0 - MSWord2000 hangs on Windows 98 OS
1. Do a search on your local machine for the file NORMAL.DOT
2. When you find it, rename it to NORMAL.OLD
3. Open Word - the renaming of that file should cure the 'hanging' issue.
