All workstations get errors while trying to run canned reports.
1. Close campaign at all workstations.
2. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the :\TWS\RS_RUN32 directory
3. Find file RS_RUN32.ZIP and unzip it back into the RS_RUN32 directory - replace all existing files.
NOTE: ALL files within this zip file must unpack without error. If you get even one error on decompression, then someone has a report window open. You will need to close the report window and redo steps 1-3.
