Creating License Keys for CampaignMax
IMPORTANT:
Do not issue license keys to anyone unless you can confirm they are a licensed user.

Steps:
1) Get the exact spelling and spacing that the user wants to use for their United Way name. The license keys are tied to this name.

2) Go to the S: drive (\\server3\shared data) on our network then to the RegKey32 folder. Run the KEYGEN.EXE program.

3) Select CampaignMax as the application then choose the [Generate Key...] button.

4) Enter the United Way name in the Registration String prompt.

5) Enter 1000000001 for the first key, 2000000002 for the second key, and so on. Choose the [OK] button to generate the key.

6) Choose the [Copy to Clipboard] button.

7) Create/open the SF note that contains the account license information. Paste (Ctrl+V) the information into the note. Remove the registration string if it is duplicated in the note (2nd and subsequent keys).

8) Add a space after every five characters in the key. This makes it easier to paste the values into CampaignMax.

9) Repeat for the number of keys the user purchased.

10) This information should be copied to the customer's invoice for CampaignMax so that they have a permanent record of the keys.
