1. Make sure desktop icon, Target is pointed to T:\DOUGLAS\CSI\CAMPAIGN.EXE
2. Make sure physical map for T:\ is there by checking Windows Explorer for the map.
3. Make sure regedit, registry entry is correct for rs_run32
4. Use windows explorer, navigate to t:\douglas\csi\rs_run32 folder
5. Find file rs_run32.zip and unzip it into the same directory replacing all files (make sure the campaign software is closed first).
6. Open campaign software and check reports.
