Groupwise address book appear grayed out

The groupwise address book will appear grayed out when the default profile isn't the Novell profile for outlook.

To fix the problem:
--
1. Goto the mail icon in the control panel

2. Click 'Show Profiles'

3. For the default profile click the combo box and select the Novell profile.

4. Click Close or OK

(Note) If the user needs to use both profiles you can specify 'Prompt for profile' in the Show profiles screen or in 2k open outlook and change the setting in the mail options.
