User could not view reports - Crystal Viewer was not being installed
It appears that the new ActiveX viewer does not always install automatically in IE. To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1) Add the server site to the IE - Tools - Internet Options... - Security list of Trusted Sites. For online customers this would be https://ssl.campaignmax.com
2) Try viewing a report again. You may need to instruct IE to download the ActiveX.
