Getting message "Unable to export..." when posting
This error is usually caused when the system cannot locate or update the "T:\Data\Interfac\XBatch.dbf" file.

This can occur for a number of reasons.  Some things to check:
  • Is the user starting the program using a shortcut that points to T:\Campaign\CSi\Campaign.exe with a default directory of T:\Campaign\CSi?  This is critical because the program searches for the file using a relative path reference: "\Data\Interfac\XBatch.dbf".  If the starting directory is not set correctly, then the file cannot be located and the error occurs.
  • Does the share to the T: drive have "Full Control" set?  If the user cannot update the XBatch.dbf file, the error occurs.
  • Does the directory/files have the correct access rights?  If the user cannot update the XBatch.dbf file, the error occurs.
While there are other things that can cause this error, the items listed above are the most common.
