Backazon License screen not refreshed after entering a new Serial Number
When you renew your license, you are issued a new Serial Number.  When entering this new Serial Number, Backazon does not refresh the license page so it appears nothing happened.

To work around this problem, simply close Backazon and reopen it.  Your updated license information should be displayed.  If your new Serial Number is not working, please contact support for assistance.

We have identified this as a bug in v1.0.354.
