CM - Unable to save a CampaignMax export
If the customer gets a message that says:
-------------------------------------------
File copy failed.

Your browser security settings may need
to be changed so the file can be copied.
-------------------------------------------

The CampaignMax web site may need to be added to the customer's Trusted Sites list. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Load the browser.
2) Navigate to the CampaignMax web site. Make a note of the site address. This will be at the top of your screen with a prompt of 'Address:' For CampaignMax Online customers, this will usually be something like this:

https://ssl.campaignmax.com/LoginPrompt.asp

3) In Internet Explorer, choose the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
4) Choose Internet Options..
5) Go to the Security tab
6) Click on the Trusted Sites zone
7) Click on the Sites button
8) Add the URL from step 2 but do not include the filename (LoginPrompt.asp in our example). For CampaignMax online customers, this would be: https://ssl.campaignmax.com
9) Choose OK until all the dialogs have been closed.
10) Try the Export again. It should work.

Note: See the attached screen shot for a picture of when the user may get the error described in this solution.
