Background
Backazon uses the hardware on your machine to create an ID that uniquely identifies your machine. This ID is used to validate your license.
Problem Description
Immediately after starting the PC, the user logs in and starts Backazon. After Backazon loads, the user is shown an error like "License Invalid or Expired".
Resolution
If the machine has not finished loading all of the software drivers used to access your hardware, it is possible that Backazon will generate the wrong ID for your computer. If the ID generated does not match the license stored on your machine, Backazon will display the "License Invalid or Expired" message.
To resolve this:
- Close the Backazon window
- Wait until your computer has finished loading
- Start Backazon
