Unable to launch GoToAssist Express session on client machine

Usually, we navigate to the http://fastsupport.com page to start a remote support session with customers.  If the session fails to start and the Internet Explorer browser and/or machine appears to lock-up, you can try adding the http://fastsupport.com URL to the list of trusted sites.

To do that:
  1. In Internet Explorer, choose Tools -> Internet Options 
  2. In the Internet Options window, choose the Security tab
  3. Select the "Trusted sites" zone. 
  4. Click the Sites button
  5. Add the http://fastsupport.com URL.  You may need to uncheck the "Require https..." option at the bottom of the window.
  6. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
  7. Restart IE and return to http://fastsupport.com to start the session.
