Reports fail with "Attempt to stream unregistered type <notype>" message

This error appears to occur due to corrupt files in the ReportSmith binaries directory.  This directory is usually T:\Douglas\CSi\RS_RUN32.



To fix the problem:

1. Delete the temporary files named ~*.SBL
2. Delete the temporary file name RPTSMITH.GMC

This problem occurs on WinXP through Win7 workstations.
