1. Have everyone log out of the campaign software application.
2. Navigate to the TWS directory
3. Delete all pdoxusr.net, .lck and paradox.net or .lck files.
4. Try posting again.
5. Use document BDE setup.txt for details on file removal and workstation config to avoid this issue.

BDE Setup.txt
When file locking occurs:
1. Close Campaign at all workstations.
2. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the T:\Douglas\CSi directory. (T: is the default network share)
3. Search for and delete the following files (one or all may be present):
PDOXUSRS.LCK
PDOXUSRS.NET
PARADOX.LCK
Then check the following on all workstations:
All workstation BDE configurations MUST be the same. Read below for all the detailed
information on the BDE Administrator.
To access the BDE Administrator:
1. Start the BDE Administrator: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE\BDEAdmin
2. Click on the CONFIGURATION TAB.
3. Expand the DRIVERS list.
4. Expand the NATIVE list.
5. Click once on the PARADOX driver.
This will load the right side of the window.
6. Make sure the NET DIR path is pointed to *:\Douglas\CSi where * is the drive mapping
to the TWS directory. THIS MUST BE THE SAME ON ALL WORKSTATIONS.
7. On the left side, expand the SYSTEM list.
8. Click once on INIT
This will load the right side of the window.
9. The DEFAULT DRIVER should be DBASE. Click the value for the drop down list and change
if needed.
10. The LOCAL SHARE should be set for TRUE. Click the value for the drop down list and
change if needed.
11. Exit the BDE Administrator and SAVE any changes.
