When running a Giver INformation sheet, if the graphic does  not show up, the User Environment Variables need to be changed to a shorter length.


For XP Workstation:

Changing the TEMP and TMP environment variable:

On the local C:\ windows or C:\winnt root of the workstation,
make sure that a directory called TEMP exists. If not, then create one.

1. Right click the my computer icon and click Properties.

2. Choose the ADVANCED tab and click Environment Variables.

3. In the User Variables for USER NAME, select TEMP and press the Edit button.

4. Change the Variable Value to C:\windows\TEMP or c:\winnt\temp and then press OK

5. Do the same change for the variable TMP
