The giver account had an unconfirmed pledge posted which created the reports to look off in the figures and she had made some posting adjustments which became hard to reconcile due to the unconfirmed figures. I explained that she can remove the unconfirmed pledge and check her numbers again. I examined a copy of her database here and all the dollar tables report the same figures as they should. I verbally gave her the correct numbers from the tables and she confirmed that they are accurate after we removed the unconfirmed pledge.
