CSI v4.0 -Trouble adding new Giver accounts. System will not save new data.

The steps to adding new givers:
1. Complete the General page on the new account
2. Complete the Definitions page on the new account
3. Save the new account using the green checkmark
4. Add addresses using the Address Tab and the control set on that page. Make the address complete from street to zipcode, city, state and also make sure that the DEFAULT box is checked on the address type.
