Changing the TEMP and TMP environment variable:

On the local C:\ windows or c:\winnt of the workstation, make sure that a directory called TEMP exists. If not, then create one.

> 1. Right click the my computer icon and click Properties.

> 2. Choose the ADVANCED tab and click Environment Variables.

> 3. In the User Variables for USER NAME, select TEMP and press the Edit button.

> 4. Change the Variable Value to C:\windows\TEMP or c:\winnt\temp (depending on what your workstation has for the OS directory) - press OK

> 5. Do the same change for the variable TMP

> 6. Reboot the workstation.
