Changed the Designation Acknowledgements as follows:
1. Option to let the user report the designation amount less the fee.
2. Fixed a problem where multiline 'top of statement' text causes a Crystal Reports error (that's why the .rpt file was altered).
The new files are:
- DesignationAcknowledgementsWorksheet.asp
- DesignationAcknowledgementsWorksheet.rpt
- DesignationAcknowledgementsWorksheetWork.asp
