Changing the TEMP and TMP User environment variable:
In the local C:\ windows or c:\winnt directory of the workstation, make sure that a directory called TEMP exists. If not, create one, then do the following:
1. Right click the my computer icon and click Properties.
2. Choose the ADVANCED tab and click Environment Variables.
3. In the User Variables for USER NAME, select TEMP and press the Edit button.
4. Change the Variable Value to C:\windows\TEMP or c:\winnt\temp (depends on your workstation OS) then press OK
5. Do the same change for the variable TMP
6. Reboot the workstation.
7. Close and reopen campaign software - try the report again.
