Within the CSI directory, there needs to be two files named DT101 and DT102 - they have no extension and they need to be 1K - don't care what's in them (put DOUGLAS ASSOCIATES, INC). Save the text doc, then rename to remove the .txt extension.
The software looks for both of these files to live in CSI directory.
If you get a customer that says campaign icon doesn't launch, but THERE'S NO ERROR MESSAGE, then do the following:
1. Verify that the database is running.
1.5 Check Region Settings, short date format and make sure it's MM/DD/YYYY - if it is, then do....
2. Open explorer and move to CSI directory
3. Search for the files DT101 and DT102 - or create them.
4. Launch campaign icon and make sure it fires up.
