1. Right click on MY COMPUTER
2. Choose PROPERTIES
3. Click on the ADVANCED tab
4. Click on button ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES near the bottom
5. In the USER VARIABLES box (upper), change the TEMP and TMP variables to read:
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP or C:\WINNT\TEMP (depends on your OS).
6. Press OK, OK to exit all the way out of My computer properties.
7. Close the campaign software and reopen, try report again.
This will fix the issue with Giver Info sheets.
