Douglas Associates selects SmarterTrack Customer Support Software

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Douglas Associates has selected SmarterTrack software from SmarterTools to implement our Customer Support web site.

Customers will now be able to search our knowledge base of support articles without the need to login.  Our previous system was more cumbersome and required users to login.

Customers will also be able to submit help tickets and track their progress.  The system will automatically search for relevant knowledge base articles and respond to the customer via email.

In all, we hope this new system will help our company provide an even higher level of customer service.
